Dave Barry is a keynote speaker, event host and MC, and an occasional lecturer in strategic people and talent management at University College Cork. He has worked across sectors as a consultant and completed an HR leadership secondment with BioMarin. Today he focuses on helping modern, distributed teams and organisations strengthen culture, connection, and talent practices.
