Elena Gomis

With more than 20 years of experience leading strategic innovation projects, Elena Gomis coordinates ALIA (Alicante Investment Agency) and Alicante Futura—two flagship initiatives accelerating investment and entrepreneurship in the city. She connects companies, institutions, and founders to drive economic growth while positioning Alicante as a talent and technology hub. Elena also leads innovation programs at GBX Global Projects, teaches at the University of Alicante, EOI, and Universidad Miguel Hernández, and serves as president of the PMI Project Management Institute – Levante Chapter. Her multidisciplinary approach aligns public strategy, private opportunity, and community impact.
